Loan Deduction from Salary

Hi, 

i am currently learning ERP to implement in my company, can you guide me that

if my employee take 

Loan : 10,000/- 

he want to deduct it in monthly basis amount : 1000/- per month

his basic salary is : 15000/-

how do i make it happen in ERPNext, that the loan is automatically deducted as instructed.

Create a Deduction Type for Loan and enter loan amount in deduction table while making Salary Structure for that employee. While making Deduction Type, keep "Depends on LWP" unchecked. Make salary slip every month using this salary structure until full loan completed.  After that you should create separate salary structure.

i added the Loan amount in the deduction table,

but when i make salary slip it deducts the whole amount together 

what i want for. e.g .

Employee took loan of : 10,000/-

he wants that loan to be deducted on monthly basis like say : 1000/- per month

how do we do that, how do we maintain a record from which month the loan is being deducted and how much value

In salary structure, loan amount should be 1000/-. 

Specify From Date and To Date in salary structure to ensure validity of loan installment tenure, this way after To Date, salary structure will be deactivated.
