Invalid SMTP server or Port

Hi

We are using the Virtual Box image of ERPNext, but while trying to set the outgoing server, it says "Invalid Outgoing Mail Server or Port, please rectify and try again.".

Our email server is pefectly working and the same configuration works with other software. Pl. help.

Hi Anis,

If you have checked “SSL”, then you should specify the correct port. It is usually 587.
