List permitted items only

Hi;

I need to list only the items with item group x for user who is a part of the Role y which permits only items with group x on sales orders.

But when I check this when I am on the item field in the Sales Order Item part it lists all items when I type % 

I need it only to display the permitted items for this user.

I think this is the normal permissions, but what I need is different.

Say you have a role: Cola Manager and he/she should be able to see only items with Item Group Cola, then you need to have at least a Read permission for Role Cola Manager with Match condition as Item Group=Cola and make sure Cola Manager does not have any other lose permission which undermines the one with the match condition.

I mean when the user put his mouse on the item code field in the screen and type % the system only show him his permitted items and not all items.

I have both versions one is last updated on December 2012, and the other on April 20, 2013

And the same problem with both versions.

This was fixed after June 2013. You will have to update to the new version to have this missing feature.
