Error: image loading process

Hi....
Am facing a problem while viewing an image, it showing the Error: The Image Loading process and i cannot able to proceed with the interior orientation. Please give me a solution to solve that error.
Am installed latest version and my system configuration: 64-bit windows 10 pro.

Thank you for your reply. i have done upto interior orientation but now am struggling in exterior orientation, while am opening the image in spatial resection, it showing, Error: The Image Loading Process, can you help me out from this problem.

It's easy to solve. All the files are needed in raw diretory. So if photos and other files are not short labels in PC the E-Photo said "error" something.

Hm, what is meant by raw directory, and what is short labels? I have the same error message and would prefer not te rename the images since they contain crucial information. I googled RAW directory and found out that it is a raw drive that is not organized into a file system such as NTFS. Since I use Windows, I think I am pretty depending on my NTFS file structure so I think that something else might have been meant by "it's easy to solve", or I completely misunderstood. could someone help me out by explaining the magics of solving the error loading images? I guess this is part of my problem too. Thanks in advance!

First of my apologies for the late reply.

What is meant by raw directory, and what is short labels?

Answer: We used to have some directories in Windows, but if you play E-Foto it isn't a good idea. So, it's cool to create a directory in desktop or somewhere linked at the "root directory"(C:/)

Short label: "C:\app_installed\efoto_uerj"

Long label : "C:\redd/DestinyTechSupport/comments/8xahza/destiny_2_troubleshooting_guides_framerate/app_installed\efoto_uerj"
