Disqus is not showing up since changing URL's

Case #435738-- Ever since we changed urls for our website Disqus stopped showing up.

Nothing else has changed. Disqus was working fine until this happened: http://educators.brainpop.com/2015/05/14/a-quick-easy-way-to-get-brainpop-esl-quiz-results/

Please advise.

Just a guess, but have you tried URL migration tool?

Yes, we tried the migration tool but it didn't work
