Sorry Matloob.

But do you have any info on no of occupancy or possession of Jasola
HIG. It will be better to wait for some time to get a minimum number
of people required.

Secondly , it will be in our benefit if election is preside by a Govt
officer/Gazetted office nominated by DDA , otherwise it will be an
unrecognised RWA. Otherwise all efforts will go waste.

We appreciate the thoughtful comments from  Mr Indian.

Currently the positional occupancy of residence is very low, then what’s the point of hurriedly concluding the important responsible body elections (i.e RWA) ?

Also like to know from Mr. Matloob, are you nominated representative for conducting election ? or are lucky one to who won the flat ?

Me and few other owners (who are not even aware about elections) are interest in fair elections, carried by Govt officer/Gazetted office nominated by DDA, with maximum possible turnout.

This mail group is not legal or valid forum to conclude elections (may owners are not even know about this mail group). Hope all agree with me.

Thanks,

Manoj

Mr. Manoj and Mr Indian

Appreciate your comments. However, please note that there about 7-8 families living in the complex including my family. We are facing tough issues like security and water and so on. I do not know when the other families will start coming in but in short we are having a tough time out here without and RWA.

Just two weeks back there were 10-15 people sitting in the B-block parking in the evening taking drinks and they were not residents. Three days back me and my wife were returning from a marriage and two men and women came out of F-block at 11:30pm. Just to let you know no one is residing in F-block. When I asked one of those guys what they were doing there he ran away. God knows what they were doing at this time of the night.
Two days back, I tried to get out of the complex at 8pm and someone had parked his car right at the front door. And the security guard was there doing nothing.
And few weeks ago there was theft in A block where someone took out all sanitary from the apartment.
There are endless issues like these.

When I raise these issues to JE, he says without RWA he cannot do anything.

So I am strongly in favor off creating RWA as soon as possible to atleast strengthen the security around this area. As far as office bearing is concerned, I think we can have a re-election again once the need for such is felt.

As far as fair elections are concerned, please understand that office bearers and people conducting elections will be none other than your neighbors. I request to have faith in your neighbors and raise your concerns with RWA once it is formed. I am sure there will be fair-minded people taking care of our community.

I agree with Mr.jain ,its just initial RWA formation may be for 1 year only ,security is must.

I was invited to join the Jasola Heights group and when i asked the same thing my membership was deleted and no cause given . I am not sure who formed that group and why closed it ? I am curious to know myself :)) and feel it very hilarious that a invited member is thrown off without assigning any cause ??

Mr Jain
Please note that i dont keep any list of any residents nor their phone numbers nor there flat numbers
Google groups is an open forum for open discussions and i dont believe in all these necessities of having a family matter and closed group discussions because too me it means that "if there is a majority then every thing is right "
Having a majority never means that what ever we may say may be correct
Even if one single individual says something its of value and need to be discussed , even if the person does not want to be in person .
We are here to live together and not here to change our selfs to whims and fancys of any one of us.
In case

I was on DDA 2010 google groups and that was open for all to join and share and gain . The membership of Jasola Heights should be also the same so that people become aware but if its a PERSONAL MODERATED GROUP for some people then it should be made clear in the start itself .

I feel there is a strong necessity for RWA but if its legally not permissible then i dont think it should be made . Its not about how many people are for it or against it , its about HOW MANY PEOPLE WANT TO FOLLOW LEGALLY PERMISSIABLE OPTIONS

RWA is not just needed to get the work of individual flats completed by DDA , its more about the welfare of the residents and would be residents .

Happy Thoughts

Kindly also forward Flat No. in Jasola & Mobile No. of Mr. Indian & Mr.Manoj. Their concern was replied under the thread " Necessity of RWA". We may meet them personally to discuss legal aspects.

Humble request to you. Please donot forward emails of Jasola Heights googlegroup to other groups."Jasola Heights is a big family and we have to maintain secrecy of our family matters.

Let us make a habit of putting Flat No. so that they may be contacted personally, if the issues are not resolved.
Thanks for your concern.

Rachna,

Your response is absolutely correct, I don't understand the logic of
this sentence "Humble request to you. Please donot forward emails of
Jasola Heights googlegroup to other groups."Jasola Heights is a big
family and we have to maintain secrecy of our family matters." What
secrecy is required in forming of a RWA or sharing opinions for the
welfare of society. I may be dumb enough to not understand the secrecy
logic, anyone want to shed some light and enlighten me on this.

Otherwise you should contact Jasola residents, I don't have any RWA
