Weasis 3.01 unable to open DX dicom image (file attached)

I'm unable to open the attached dicom image with Weasis 3.01. All other dicom viewers I have tried open the file just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is because of an invalid patient birthdate. In log:

30.05.2018 08:19:22.170 *ERROR* [Dicom Model-pool-3-thread-1] org.weasis.dicom.util.DateUtil: Format date java.time.DateTimeException: Field Year cannot be printed as the value -1 cannot be negative according to the SignStyle

at java.time.format.DateTimeFormatterBuilder$NumberPrinterParser.format(DateTimeFormatterBuilder.java:2573)

at java.time.format.DateTimeFormatterBuilder$CompositePrinterParser.format(DateTimeFormatterBuilder.java:2179)

at java.time.format.DateTimeFormatter.formatTo(DateTimeFormatter.java:1746)

I apply a fix to handle the error of printing negative year. So in next release, it will display the image despite this issue.
