DCM4CHEE deployment failure

Hi all Sorry to be a bore, could anyone shed some light on this error?

org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: - nested throwable: (java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException)

The archive works, jmx console works, however the web3 doesn't, running OSX 10.5.8, mysql 5.0.93, JBOSS 4.2.3 with JDK 1.5, any clues? Many of the error problems from the JBOSS website seem to point to a problem with the /etc/hosts file, others have seemingly got better results using the jdk1.6 . I'd certainly appreicate the feedback.

It seems to be a problem with file permissions, the user running dcm4chee must have write permission on the dcm4chee directory: /Applications/dcm4chee-2.17.1-mysql/

Thanks for that, its turns out that the user running the dcm4chee instance does have rwx permissions however what seemed to fix it is another completely fresh install using the latest version of DCM4CHEE and the most up to date version available of the jboss4.2.3GA jdk6 and the jdk 6 not the jdk 5 as used with this error prone log. All fine on the reinstallation.
