Not Windowing Cases Using Wado in OsiriX.

Hello, I installed Oviyam 2.1 on a Tomcat Server on my Mac, my intention is to work with the Oviyam in cases yesterday is necessary to use without the OsiriX.

The installation was a success and already can access the studies remotely, but can not work with the windowing of studies using the Wado protocol. Does anyone have this problem too?

 Hello,

    As we've tested in apache tomcat server 7, windowing works fine with DCM4CHEE. Please mention about the tomcat server version. Some screenshots would help further.

Thanks for the answer.

The tomcat version is 7.0.63.

I'm doing communication C-Get and Wado in OsiriX.

With the C-Get the picture not open (loading screen).

With Wado is not possible windowing the study.

Windowing not Working in Wado method using Dicom node with OsiriX Server.

The Problem is general in all to study Images.
I can not windowing in all studies retrived from OsiriX DICOM server using WADO Method.
Someone with this problem too?

Hi,   
    You might have to check the WL/WW values. If it contains special characters such as (+) windowing cannot be applied in oviyam. Also try to apply windowing once the WL/WW values appeared on the text overlay.

1 - How do I get my Dicom images not got the special character (+ ) ?

2 - Using C -Get with the OsiriX because my screen is Loading Image and the image not load ? This is a problem with the C -Get the OsiriX ?

The image not load using method c-Get in retrieve for OsiriX :( .

Hi,

   The meta information for DICOM images are generated by modality machines so that should be explored on modality.

​   Please try to attach the tomcat logs for troubleshooting C-GET retrieval problem.

Seems to be the problem in configuration. Try to attach "catalina.out" and "localhost.2015-08-13.log" files to resolve.

Hi,
    The problem relies in logging the current status/exceptions of oviyam in tomcat. The problem will be fixed along with a JIRA entry soon. Meanwhile make sure all the necessary tags are present in your DICOM file since the logging would be initiated when something goes wrong while parsing the necessary DICOM tags.
