I have been getting
 Failed to load resource
http://d3js.org/d3.v3.min.js

from all the programs i try to run local and my bl.ocks

It’s hosted on GitHub Pages. It appears up for me now, but it’s been up and down for a while today. I haven’t seen any update to status.github.com, though.

I've had several issues with it hanging and not loading sporadically today.
