AOC 4 - Dummy SRN for auditor appointment

Dear Team,

I am trying to upload form AOC 4 with dummy SRN for Auditor appointment (since newly incorporated company). However it is showing error at MCA end.

If any one has proceeds with filing of AOC 4 using dummy SRN, kindly assist me.

The 'SRN of form ADT-1' entered SRN of form GNL-2 is either not filed under 'others' option or the date of filing such form GNL-2 is not in between 1st April 2014 to 20th October 2014.

I think, for newly incorporated companies there was no necessity for filing ADT-1 . Hence question of entering an SRN number should not arise . Please take this issue to MCA ans seek a solution. Do let us all in the Forum know the out come.

File adt1 for 5 yrs for newly incorporated cos as my adt1 got approved

for newly incorporated companies at the 1st board meeting the directors will appoint the auditor to hold office till the 1st AGM.

at the 1st AGM only, the shareholders will appoint the auditor of a 5 year tenure.

so the auditor appointed by the Board to hold office till the 1st AGM date, there is no requirement to file ADT-1.

Hi team, If u face issues with ADT 1 of SRN filed just check in the transaction status putting that SRN it may be in work in progress.Hence u need to log a ticket and try to get that same SRN approved and then upload FORM AOC 4. Thanks and Regards, Abhilash, Company Secretary

Please download the latest Form AOC4 from the website and see page no. 7 of help file. The SRN Z99999999 have to be used in cases covered by section 139(5)/ (6)/ (7) of the Companies Act, 2013.
