Inviting Deposits under Companies Act, 2013

Dear Member,

Kindly help in resolving this query:

While inviting Deposits under Companies act, 2013 from members by Private Company, is it necessary to invite Deposits from all the members or Company can preferably invite Deposits from one or two selected members???

hello.. it is necesssary to issue a circular to all its members by reg post ack due or speed post or through e-mode in form DPT-1.. pls refer Rule 4(1) of Companies deposit rules, 2014
