Authorised Capital and Subscribed Capital of an OPC

Please let me know whether there is any requirement of keeping the authorized capital and subscribed capital same at the time of incorporation

of the company.

Authorized and subscribed share capital should same for opc incorporation. Otherwise MCA marks it for resubmission.

Only solution is to increase subscribed capial to authorized capital. You can't bring down authorized capital since you have already paid stamp duty.

By the way how did you handle the situation. Please reply as soon as possible.

For pvt ltd authorized capital need not be equal to subscribed capial.

MCA marks it for resubmission when authorized and subscribed capital are not equal for opc. 

Is MCA doing this for pvt ltd also??????

I don't think so as i have seen it in last 30 days incorporated company data

companies with different authorized capital and subscribed capital is listed.  Please let me how can this happen.

I have seen it also.

Also, only minimum paid up only  has been removed in the amendment act.

But there are few companies even with below 1lakh authorized capital
