NEW COI by ROC (INC 23/ INC 28)

Normally, how many days does it take after Form INC-28 is filed and approved for the new ROC to issue the fresh Certificate of Incorporation, for shifting of the registered office from one state to another?  

Do we receive it in email or physical copy?

Hi

You need to initiate INC-22 for getting CIN and Address updated, accordingly new COI will be generated. New COI can not be issued upon filing of INC-28 only.
