A company converted into LLP carrying the same registered office address. Now at the time of filing for initial Agreement in Form 3, can it show new changed address in the initial agreement itself?

Can anyone tell about the stamp duty on LLP agreement in Maharahstra?

Is it still payable if it is being executed after conversion? As company had already paid stamp duty on Authorized capital of Rs. 1 lakh.

Thanks
