Dear All,

I had raised a ticket on MCA portal with respect to an error message in connection with filing of Form AOC 4 XBRL on 26th Dec ('latest instance document not attached'). The MCA helpdesk provided some 'cut paste' solution which did not work. Thereafter i reopened the ticket, upon which they asked me to sent them the form. I sent them the form which they did not even acknowledge, and closed the ticket.

I once again resent the form. On 4th January i got the below message from helpdesk stating that there was a prescrunity error. Upon examining the error message i realised that the error message they sent was not in respect of the XBRL for 2017-18 for which i had raised a ticket but in respect of an MGT 7 for the year 2015-16 for which a ticket was never even raised !!!

It only fortfies my belief that MCA is hell bent on closing ticket providing frivilous reasons and not providing solutions.

Request you to share the email ids of responsible persons in MCA/Infosys to whom i can mark my future mails.

send mail to K Murty Jt Secretary at MCA. his e-mail id will be there at the MCA site. 

in one of my form DIR-12 case, where pre-scrutiny was not taking place, i raised a ticket and then waited and waited for 10 days still it was queued in the system, raised the matter again with a copy to this guy above, but they came back saying that not enough information is provided in the case, whereas i had sent the damn form to them by e-mail. MCA is probably the worst ever department in the central government.
