if any body has the order copy of "Anil Kumar Poddar Vs Alka India Ltd." then can you please forward me the same.

As you all know Mr. Anil Kumar Poddar a shareholder who holds shares in listed company and harasses the company after wards, this case is an order passed by the clb mumbai bench on January 28, 2014 having Company Petition No. 79 of 2013, the petition was dismissed by the clb on the grounds that the application was baseless and the applicant was in the habit of making such frivolous applications.

This Mr. Anil Kr Poddar is really active in harassing the CS by just holding 1share of the Company, he is in this profession since years. If ur docs like A.R r der in the Co. website, u can ask his to download directly as a gesture towards saving papers, rest as per law u go.
