How to Calculate Fees for Increasing Authorized Capital

One of our Private Company Authorized Share Capital is Rs. 20,00,000 and thy want it to be increased to 3 Crore. i.e additional of Rs. 2 Crore 80 Lakh

What will be fees for this..

As per Form SH-7 help,

Fixed- 2,06,000

Additional- 1,35,000

Total= 3,41,000

(Less)fees applicable on existing Authorised Capital= 36000

Fees payable= Rs. 3,05,000

Kindly let me know if it is correct.

Here, fee is not exceeding Rupees two crore and fifty lakhs.

Therfore, It is correct.

            The Total Fee Payable on MOA Shall be Rs.2,90,000/- excluding Stamp Duty.

Calculation:

                      Fixed              Rs.2,06,000        (Upto Rs.1,00,00,000/-)

                + Additional Fees  Rs.1,50,000        (i.e. on Balance of Rs.2,00,00,000/-) (Rs.2,00,00,000 / 10,000 x Rs.75)

                  TOTAL               Rs.3,56,000

LESS: Already Paid             Rs.66,000        (On Rs.10,00,000 -Rs.36,000/-(Fixed)+ Bal.of Rs.10,00,000-Rs.30,000)

                                                                                                                         (Rs.10,00,000 / 10,000 x Rs.300)

FEES PAYABLE                  Rs.2,90,000/-
