Hi,

Can anyone please let me know the procedure to get the commencement of business certificate for the Company which was incorporated in 2012.

This is a Public company and has not commenced any business as of now.  Now the Directors are planning to start the business and wanted to apply for commencement of business certificate.  Please help which e-form is to be filed and what is the procedure?

Thanks

As per my understanding your company needs to comply with the provisions of ca, 1956 to hold statutory meeting & file statutory report to ROC in form 22 with additional fees.

And then u need to talk to ROC official for the same & get the Certificate of Commencement of Business

Thanks for your mail.  But Form 22 is for Statutory report.

Earlier we used to file e-form 20 for getting Business Commencement Certificate.  Now which Form we have to file as e-form 20 is not available.

Yes sorry i was wrong for that form 22.

U need to comply the old provisions & file SLOP in the new form GNL 2 & talk to ROC officials with clarification.

Yes, you are correct, I guess INC-21 has to be filed.  But whether SLOP and other documents has to be attached or not as only INC-10 is available in attachment?

If you know further info, please help.
