Allotment of shares PAS3

Dear Members,

 

We are issuing and allotting equity share to 6 allottees .but in form PAS 3 only 5 allottees detail can be entered. so does it required to file 2 PAS 3 one for 5 allottees   & another for 1 allottees?

Please suggest.

in that point I suppose no. allotments is to be given (lets say on same date equity and preference shares were allotted) and not if there was one allotment which was made to 5 allottees.

Yes you r right Anita.. there we need to give no. of allotments falling within 30 days and maximum of which 5 can be filed with a single form.. for allottees there is a seperate format  for list of allotteesngiven in help form of PAS-3
