Professional's Digital Signature in Form AOC-4

Dear Members,

Is it necessary to attach Digital Signature (DSC) of Professional in Filing Form AOC-4 of a company?

Recently I have filed Form AOC-4 without attaching DSC of professional and it got approved. Will  there be any repercussion later on?

Please Share your views.

FOR SMALL AND ONE PERSON COMPANIES IT IS NOT NECESSARY, OTHERWISE IT IS NECESSARY.

No for small companies, OPC it's not mandatory to affix DSC of professional in any forms.
