incorporation with more than 3 directors, how to obtain DIN

Now that din has to be obtained in spice form itself  while incorporation, how does one file for incorporation with more than 3 directors as spice form allows for max 3 din numbers.???

I got a different answer that “This is to inform you that user can file Spice form for any number of directors now. Please file the latest form available on the portal and also refer instruction kit of the form for any such concern.”

 

But, no such updated forms available on the MCA portal.

I think we have first incorporate a Company with only 3 Directors, then after Incorporation file Form DIR-3, obtain DIN and then file Form DIR-12 for appointment.

Yes, you have to attached physical copy of MOA and AOA with the SPICe.
