I have a headache

In today's AM CR we have this problemito arrest:

"The Prosecutor's Office of Probity, Transparency and Anticorruption of Liberia arrested the director of a school in that canton for investigation of the crimes of  embezzlement, concussion and illicit enrichment."

Was the school playing American football?  Berni

Last night they got a 4 wheeler...

Went to a lot of trouble to steal it

UPDATE to my earlier stuff below . . .

 Now that I've re-read the article I'm further thinking from the content of the sentence in the article that word 'concussion' prolly should really have been 'concession', since the article at one point talks about a couple of teachers having to pay the accused party what amounted to a fee to be allowed to teach certain classes.  This to me cries out 'concession' left, right, and backwards!  

And still the word's misuse is the fault of a bad proofreader or a worse spellchecker. BTW, I used to be a printer and I proofread lots of artwork and print copy before finally running it off on my press so stuff like this just leaps off the page at me still to this day.

The newspaper seems to have either a perfectly pitiful proofreader or a stupid, stubborn spellchecker. Or maybe both!

The word 'concussion' should probably be 'collusion', which ack-chooly makes lots better sense in the above quote's context!
