the Ammonia/Water mixture is not yet available in Coolprop. You need to use either
a. Refprop in Excel or b. something else.

This Document describes simple formulations for the Ammonia water mixture.

The attached visual basic holds some of the described formulations as example on how to do it.
There is a german documented excel sheet from Prof. Thomas Maurer here :

It holds the same model (Patek/Klomfar)in VB but is complete and commercially licensed.
It should be free for educational use.
