can not receive SMSs

i am based in Malawi i am using AIRTEL as my mobile network but so far i can not receive any sms from commcare. That is sending an application to my phone veryfying a number and also the sms module in commcare. i tried sending the START message but nothing still.

Hi Ralph,

Are you entering the phone number for the users you're sending to in international format (in Malawi, it must start with country code 265)?

Yes I am am entering the numbers with a +265

Ok - thanks for confirming.  It could be that connectivity does not exist or is being blocked by your mobile network from our default SMS gateway.  If you could use the "Report an Issue" button in CommCareHQ and be sure to include the name of the user whose sms connectivity is not working, we'll take a look and get back to you.

I will do that but all users I created are all in one network so I will just report on one user. Thanks for the help.
