Editing an XML version of a form

Hi All,

I would like to edit form data for a case that was not created. I can see this form in the Submit History Report but for some reason, I the 'Edit Form' feature is not available. This form has erroneous data that is affecting my reports. I wonder if there is a possibility of editing a form that never created a case.

Hi James,

You should be able to edit a form using the Submit History Report.

If you find the form you want to edit and click "view form" you should be able to edit the form on the screen it brings you to.

If this is not happening, would you be able to report an issue?

I should have mentioned that the ability to edit forms is available at a Pro Plan or higher level.
