FORM DEPLOYING

I HAVE A FORM WHICH I DEVELOPED TODAY, AM TRYING TO DEPLOY IT BUT ITS FAILING,IT IS SHOWING THAT THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT BUT AM NOT GETTING ANY ON THE PHONE, THAT CAN BE THE COURSE? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.
