Build server down? (or my net messing up again?)

I dont expect the server to be 24/7 etc so I dont mind if its down for a bit, but I need to check if its down or if its me.. I get a popup with some html etc an cant connect. Is this happening for others?

Still down (a few hours). Support told me it to be an App Engine issue.  App Engine status seems green though: https://code.google.com/status/appengine/detail/serving-java/2014/02/27#ae-trust-detail-helloworld-get-java-latency
