Taurus 1.7.5 works with Blazemeter reporting but 1.8.5 does not

If I set Taurus to 1.7.5 then blazemeter reporting will work but when I pip upgrade to the latest (1.8.5 right now) it will give me a 403 forbidden.

That was a typo. 1.8.3 is 403'ing on reporting to BM.

When we use Tauraus 1.7.5 it will work with reporting to blazemeter but 1.8.3 (latest) will throw a 403 forbidden when trying to talk to blazemeter. Any reason why?

I see that most of your workspaces inside BlazeMeter are disabled, and Taurus does not know of that. This needs fix.
