hi,
Recently ordered 2 ClusterHat's v2.5  and I have an issue with 1 ClusterHat

When starting up with this ClustreHat it is not recognized and does not work. the blue alert led is on .
When performing a reboot it Fails to start cluster-init as alos rc.local fails to start

Went through all treads for issue solutions but no can do

when connecting my other clusterHat all work fine on the same raspberry to exclude the raspberry pi.

any ideas of fixing this or is this device defect?

her output from all commands and log files from the clusterHat:

I'd advise checking it's pushed onto the GPIO pins all the way, it should be flush with the 12mm spacers on the Pi.

Hi Chris,

sorry for the late response
Yes I checked that, like I said if I connect my other clusterhat board and this works fine.

also did the test on one of my other Pi's with the same result.
this board always give blue"alert" led and previous message and my other one works fine.

Is there a way to initialize the board to some factory reset mode?

thanks4ur time,

VMLAB

Can you send the serial number on the board and if possible a picture of the GPIO pin area of the board (top/bottom) to sup...@8086.net.uk please.

Chris.
