Hi, where can I download the hg38 refGEne file for running CEAS? On the CEAS website only hg18 and 19 are avaialble.

Hi Jian Ma,

I ran CEAS using your hg38 file on samples I'd used in the pas with hg19, and I'm getting very different distributions of genomic features between the two (eg: 5 times fewer promoter peaks). Do you have any suggestion as to why that might be?
