Hi,
I hope I'm not retreading too much familiar territory here, but a search of the archives didn't quite give me the answer I'm looking for.
I looked at a Pillan N1 unit today as an option for milling apples. This unit had a set of rotating blades to chop the apples, and then two crushers underneath. Does anybody have any experience with this model? I ask because my online research seems to indicate that the Pillan N1 is meant for grapes not apples?
I'm located in Ontario, Canada, and hoping to find a sub-$1000 stainless steel solution for milling. A manual unit that could be motorized would certainly be a desirable option. Does anybody in this area have any recommendations for other commercially available solutions that would meet these criteria?
Thanks sincerely,
Jonathon
