Google Maps on CartoDB?

I use Carto a lot, and would like to find a way to use Google Maps instead of the standard basemaps provided by Carto.  What is the simplest and easiest way to do this? I'm not tech savvy, any insight is appreciated.

cartodb.js 3 is compatible with Google Maps API, you have several examples here

https://github.com/CartoDB/cartodb.js/tree/develop/examples/gmaps

basically you load GMaps library *before* cartodbjs and you'll be able to load visualizations or layers using their webmapping framework.

Thanks Jorge, by any chance is there a simple Google basemap XYZ URL you're aware of? I have no tech skills and i'm looking for something very simple if at all practical.

AFAIK you can only use Google Maps API with their library, nothing you can add to CARTO Editor or Builder
