Hello again, sorry for boring with newbie questions... but necessary :)
as I create in my plug in a new grammar I want to create a new "fromeditype", I put a folder and an empty __init__ file in it but seems that in translation element in the combo list: fromeditype it's not present, I need do create ... maybe in botindex list?

hi nicola,
think that 'euritmo' is not a new edi type.
probably a varin]ant of edifact, or fixed records.
cna you provide an example, or do you have a link to documentantion/examples?

Euritmo use a sort of block name like edifact but work as a flat file, so it's in the middle :-) ?
I attach pdf with protocol description, sorry it's italian but ... software eng. read only block name and format :-)
The txt file is a input order to parse and translate, as you can see you can create a sort of tree structure but every line is "fixed"

it is fixed file format.
this format was often used in 80's, early 90s.
You can make this with bots using a one-on-one translation. (you do not need to map every field)
You can use same grammars as in edifact (just copy them)
Biggest drawback is that fixed fields not not have a composite field, so you will have to edit the grammar/recorddefs and remove the composites (and M/C indications).
Looking at that it looks like they also removed the UNH and UNT from the message.

I know this is probably simple, but I have a trading partner (AMAZON)
who trades 4010 for all their documents except the 856 which is 5010. I
put ta_info['version']='00501' in my map but ISA12 always comes out as
00403? The GS segment is fine but I can't figure out how to make
ISA12=00501. Thanks.
