Is it possible to select and paste multiple items from the clipboard history?

If you select multiple text string items or mix them with files from clipboard history with the comma trick in the first pane the corresponding Paste action never shows.

I think you could make an applescript action, but a native implementation would be better. You may file a feature request at GH.

…because using it on multiple items would crash Quicksilver.

Implementing Paste for multiple items means deep changes in QS?

One could always just press ⌘L in the command window to pop open the Clipboard History palette, and then select the items to paste by pressing their corresponding numbers on the palette. See the Clipboard History section of the User Guide.

This is the current method that I'm using with the clipboard sliding in from the side and hiding away after use.  Though for this method I'm wondering if there is a way to not have the order updated after pasting an item?  -A

When you paste something from the history, it should move to the top of
the list.

Right, I'm wondering if I could disable that, or maybe even sort by name perhaps…

Unfortunately not at the moment. Having things update after every paste should actually make it easier to paste multiple items. E.g. If you want to paste items 1-5 you just need to press the “5” times :)
