Hello everyone!
I have a question: when I select the Clock Model in BEAUti 2.6.7, there is an option called "Relaxed Clock Log Normal," but in BEAUti 2.7.5, this option is not available.

What could be the reason for this? Is it because a certain package is not installed in 2.7.5, or has "Relaxed Clock Log Normal" been replaced with "Optimised Relaxed Clock" in the new version?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you! I'll share the most beautiful photo as a token of my gratitude to all of you!

Hi Lin,

That is a very beautiful picture!

You are right that "Relaxed Clock Log Normal" has been replaced by "Optimised Relaxed Clock" in beauti. The two models are almost equivalent but the latter is faster to converge. If you wish to use the former model (eg, to reproduce an experiment), then install the BEAST CLASSIC package.
