getting ECC failed error when booting up

Hello guys,
My BB loaded with angstrom suddenly started giving an error as below.
It is not booting anymore. Any idea what went wrong, plz help.

same answer as on IRC, correctly prepare an sd card and boot from it,
then either rase the nand or copy the needed files to it.

the only difference between normal boot and sd card boot (holding the
user button) is tha date of the x-loader:
normal boot: Texas Instruments X-Loader 1.5.1 (Jul 20 2011 - 09:50:57)
sd card boot: Texas Instruments X-Loader 1.4.4ss (Aug 19 2010 -
02:49:27)

You obviously did not - if you have a proper SD image, the NAND is not used.

On the old, Bx/Cx beagle's the SYSBOOT lines are setup to boot the
NAND before the SD card..

Holding the user button on these older beagle's forces the SD card before NAND..

(the beagle xM's default to SD, but need to read the USER button
status to do the alternate boot..)

Well if you are still using "X-Loader" this is entirely your fault...

Since everyone should have moved from X-Loader years ago, kindly show
us your "actual" issue..
