Cannot flash latest image to eMMC storage

BeagleBone AI Flasher Problem

I trying to latest images from AM5729 Debian 10.3 2020-04-06 16GB eMMC IoT TIDL Flasher to use SDCard flash to eMMC memory by following the step as in: 

• https://beagleboard.org/getting-started

And,

• https://elinux.org/Beagleboard:BeagleBoneBlack_Debian#Flashing_eMMC

But after edit /boot/uEnv.txt and reboot the system it doesn't flash to eMMC, How can i do?

IF you use a flasher image you do not need to edit anything, just use etcher to copy file
to SD card and boot up the board. It should just flash.
