make custom BeagleBone Black board

So basically I want to use the functionality of the BB Black but make a custom board for my project. So far I was able to find the PCB schematics, but couln'd find any useful information on how to actually do it. How hard is it to make something like this ?

It depends on your skill sets. Have you designed high speed digital circuits before?
