At last Andhra Bank honoured the Court order. On 22/12/2014 bank extended the pension option letter to the widow of a resignees in 1986. It is the first case of pension extension to a resignee under first option who quit prior to 31/10/1993. She was asked to remit the PF amount with interest. The court awarded pension payment to the legal heir with 11 or 12 % simple interest from 01/11/1993.

At last justice is being done.

Kalyanam Rajagopal.

It is a good news after a long time Rajagopal sir. It acts as tonic to us resigned officers. We sincerely hope the other banks will take it as a clue and extend the pension option to the left- overs. At this hour may I request our P.Mohan sir to come out with his views about this latest development, which act of his will be a great comfort to us. Also to make us understand and get relieved that  some good thing is going on for us,we the deprived. Of course we are sure that he will oblige.

Great job done by Mr.RK.Pathak ji sir.Kindly inform or clarify any other development in case of RESIGNEE pension option those who have completed more than twenty five years service.
I have seen latest union and all association circulars are stating that all pension related demands like updation,f family pension,100%DA except RESIGNEE pension option.why?. Number of Resignee are only resigned due to medical grounds. Kindly help all Union, association and UFBU taking up the Resignee pension option issue. With regard and Thanks.

IBA issued cir in march 2018 but all banks have not issued the circular. some banks boards have put some quarry(not in public domin) and referred the matter to MOF/IBA.
