Awx error message -- Crowstrike Sensor

Hi group,

I'm working on an awx setup on k3. I'm running a playbook for crowdstrike sensor/falcon from their github.

I get this error, but I can't find any logs anywhere that describe the problem. THe pods' logs don't offer any data either. Any ideas? Can you point me in the right direction?

your job is failing because the project update it depends on failed. What is the reason for the project failing? i.e. stdout of the failed project update

Hi team,

Thanks a lot for you quick reply. I just found the previous task and got this error:

fatal: [localhost]: FAILED! => {"before": "6386f06004da29cf3ae8e02604c14f4d21f74f93", "changed": false, "msg": "Local modifications exist in the destination: /var/lib/awx/projects/_8__playbooks_github_lc (force=no)."}

I googled the error and I found that I should set this field force=yes. The thing is I don't know which file needs to be modified(force=yes). For what I've seen this looks like a project update from the github url that it was set up by the previous server owner in our company, but the urls include only the Crowstrike files, and this playbook/update that fails it doesn't point to any yaml files.

Hello,

Thank you for providing this additional information! In your project details page in the UI, there is a box that you can check that says "Clean." This will remove any local modifications prior to performing an update. If you don't want to lose those, you may want to copy/back them up somewhere prior to doing this. Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I tried your solution but I couldn't find the box that says 'Clean' inside the REsources-Projects menu. I'm running the old interface. Is it possible that it has been changed or located under another menu?

Do you see the "Clean" button, shown at the bottom left of the image? should be there on 22.3.0
