How can i reset a customers balance?

How can i reset a customers balance it's possible?

I was created a customer and make a recharge by mistake, can i change a balance manualy or reset to zero it?

Just do another recharge but put a minus sign on front of it.  For instance, if your customer has 100 balance just do -100
