na31 x na33

Hello, I've just downloaded the csv version na33 from affymetrix, and in the CRMAv2 method it says I need ufl and ugp files, but they are based on the na31 version. Do you know where to find or how can I build these files from version na33.

Hi,

I'm not sure which chip type you're working on, but if it is
GenomeWideSNP_6, I've just made the na33 (hg19, dbSNP 137) UGP and UFL
annotation data files available:
