hi!
i have installed couple of NDB stations in Honiara but i always came across the same problem. The problem is that,there is no current to the NDB antenna.
I have properly installed the VR125 transmitter and the ATU-LP and connect the interface RS485. along side with an 50 ohm feeder coaxial cable. i powered up the transmitter and it works fine with the ATU-LP. i have configured the transmitter according to its manual. the problems i usually came across are as follows;

1. No antenna current is transmitted to NDB whip antenna
2. when i increased the RF power say up to 6w it went to the cutback mode, it accepts only RF power from less than 5w
3. the loading coil is always at maximum level even i did the tapping on the inductance coil and the resistor loading coils tappings and the leds shows it is normal

what should i do to overcome this problems? your assistance to my problem is very much appreciated, thank you very much,

Regards,

Hi Jay --

It looks like you are in the wrong NDB discussion group. This group is for the App Engine Datastore python client library.

Tasklets with parallel yield will usually do the trick.

oh my bad..sorry guys ..i was just considering the initial NDB and
thought it's a non-directional beacon discussion. I'm very very
sorried for the mis understanding and thanks for the clarification
