Hi,

I'm trying to sell my client on using AngularJS for a new front end.  I am encountering a lot of resistance, in part due to the failure of another project by a vendor that had a lot of trouble developing in NG.  I don't believe it is a fault of NG, but rather of the previous vendor.

The client is looking for a fresh looking, fast, responsive site, with menus that update based on context, live graphing, etc.  The application in question is heavily data driven; that is to say it isn't a shopping cart, or a sales site, but more akin to a medical records site, with thousands of records to display, sub-data sets, etc.  There is a strong emphasis to searching/sorting and filtering.

Can anyone point me to some sites that provide this kind of user-experience?  I would like to demonstrate that all this is feasible with AngularJS, with proper knowledge.

Thanks,

Eric

Hi sander,

I thought I had posted that.  Ive looked through the madewithangular.com site but most of the things I find there are very sales oriented ...that is to say nice marketing but not a lot of data manipulation.  Additionally, when I look at the actually sources being used,I don't always find proof that they are truly using angular.

Take Google analytics for example.  The forward facing pages seem to be angular but once you log in, I don't see proof that they are continuing to use angular for it.

Similarly for a lot of other sites. Some sites, like lynda.com if I remember right , don't even show any angular libs in the js they use.

Thanks

Eric
