There seems to be a lot of files in there. I'm going to attach some screen shots and hope that works.
I'll get back to you on that soon

Open /system/lib/arm and tell me how many files are there just 1 or 2 or many?
Open the arm folder you're seeing inside the lib folder and then check how much files are there
In previous versions I had a lot of apps working as said in the 4.4-r3 and the latest 5.1 most apps have stopped working. The ones that often do which were broken before were 3D accelerated games. Facebook is working fine for me. Skype worked before and is broken since 4.4-r3. Striker 1945 and sequels ran very well before 4.4-r3 and are now broken. If you guys need information regarding my laptop I have a ASUS F7S.

Hey Eric did you manage to get the following apps working (I installed them from google play but they keep crashing or going to black screen)

You said you got Skype to work and games did you try any other type of apps?
Thanks so much for your comments

Did you check the apps compatibility option in settings?
You should check this option and then try to run Skype but first connect to a good stable network and wait for some time so that arm libraries can be downloaded automatically by the system. After some time check arm folder again for files

For camera use the Snap Camera app
Just turn apps compatibility option to on and wait for some time until you see many files in /system/lib/arm
Hello Eric, which apps did you try? Also sorry I didn't really catch that how do I do the app compatibility and instal the arm Librairies your talking about? Since none I the apps I'm installing from the App Store are working sadly
Thank you in advance for your help :)
Option is in the settings
Happy to know it worked for you :).I know there are graphics problems in 5.1 rc1 btw 4.4 rc3 graphics are better than lollipop 5.1 rc1. For solution maybe wait for the next release :(
Hey Guys,After enabling App Compatibility Apps like Snapchat and Facebook messenger finally worked after I installed them form Google Play YAYY :) thank you!!However Apps like Angry Birds and Google Maps get blacks screens as if there is some graphical issue. Angry Birds is completely black and Google Maps is only black on the actual Map section (the right side) but the left where you type in the location and see a picture of the city works.Any idea guys? :) wonder what the issue is hmm :/
I installed Asphalt 8 on 5.1 and 4.4.4 both and 5.1 graphics were not good as compared to 4.4.4 that's how I concluded.

"Not good" is a very imprecise and non-technical word. It doesn't provide any useful information we can address.
A useful report should include your test environment and devices (especially the graphic chip in this case), the problematic scenarios, and related debug information (logcat, dmesg, ...)

I know you are a developer and you need a proof but aren't my eyes good enough?
Eric I know how to play games using mouse and keyboard and I have played many popular games using keyboard and mouse but it is difficult for me to make other people understand how to do but maybe I'll make a video
I can tell you how to configure your mouse and keyboard for playing game if you want
When I'll install it again then I'll show you.
Okay everyone so I looked around on the net and found only one video for using Keyboard and mouse as a control method for any app. So what your going to need is USB/Joystick Center and joy2touch server. Its not available at the Google Play store anymore however there is some APK that can be found using Google's search engine. I'm not listing it here in case of piracy issues. You can watch a video here that is a little sketchy on how to get it to work. There is a lot of things your going to have to do to get this to work right for sensitivity and of course for other games cause they will have different play schemes.

I'll first show how to play Asphalt 8 tommorow
Hey guys. Here is the tutorial but it's only for shadow fight :(. I have a link of Tincore also and sorry the video isn't so good and even is not on YouTube because it's blocked
Tincore: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4cUQpT7lAtdRXFSYm42bDVtU1k/view?usp=docslist_api
Video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4cUQpT7lAtdNFdrSHJlc1pYVFU/view?usp=docslist_api
Sorry I cannot make video for Asphalt 8 but I can tell how to
Open Tincore and without doing anything apply it then open the game
Default controls are (Move left and right with arrow keys for brake press k and for nitrous press backspace)
Thanks
Also seems to be issues with parsing Tincore for setup?
I am really glad now make a video of yourself and show me what's the problem 😀
Maybe it's a problem with your keyboard
Just explore it by yourself or otherwise I'll tell you
It'll be a lot easier for me if someone can tell how to record screen in 4.4.4 r3
Eric which version of Android0x86 are you using?
Arm apps working fine with internet connection?
I don't know why it is like this for you what are your laptop specs? Or maybe it's the problem with lollipop because I am using it on KitKat
OK :)
I also had this problem you should install KitKat until the next release candidate of lollipop 🍭

Another issue I have is with the Mic. I've tried using the ALSA app and it doesn't do any better. However what it does is record noise its not even usable for Skype conversations. Like I said this laptop is pretty mashed up a friend gave it to me and the only reason for using it was this nice little project. For me the system is starting to run better. I found turning off notifcations for Facebook, Messenger and Skype help cause the system takes time to load all the information of messages you received friends and trust me it can be a big number if you go days without using your machine.
Oh and another thing it does seem Uno Friends is not working right now maybe the same issue it doesn't get passed the game loading screen and goes black. I have to press the power button so I the options at the bottom of the screen to go back to the Google desktop screen whatever its called lol
and another thing how do you activate tilt motion?
For your mic go to /etc and open init.sh as text now search for 'Internal mic boost'after finding it erase the 'Boost' in it and restart it'll work fine
Try turning mic volume to 2 or 1. Mine was set to 3 and all it recorded was static..

I've tried both methods of course I got the root error so I used Turbo Editor. Went to System/etc then opened init.sh. Changed the Internal Mic Boost to Internal Mic and of course changed the 3 to 1. I boot up my system and the Android logo is removed and will no longer boot. No worries I do know I can reinstall without format and that'll fix the init.sh file.
Verify your file permissions. And in my version there was already an internal mic and mic boost... So instead of changing I'd just add.

lol how do i do this
use the x86 version, not the x86-64 EFI
I just wanted to know if this is normal. Only some of my apps aren't working now. Skype is broken, Camera is broken and a lot of old 2D games don't seem to run to well either. 3D games run a lot better but I had seen that as one of the main fixes in 5.1-rc1. I know this is in alpha/beta so its expected that things are either broken or tend to break from time to time so I just wanted to know if this is happening to anybody else.
