What is /system/bin/cnd ?

Just feel curious, what is /system/bin/cnd used for?

I didn't find any useful docs about it.

What device are you seeing it on?  I don't see it on any of the ones on my desk.  Makes me guess its something vendor/hardware specific.

Probably. I found it on my AT&T Galaxy S4 with 4.4.4 and Nexus 6 with M preview.

BTW, I also found a very old repo (https://github.com/OMFGB/external_connectivity/tree/master/cnd/src) related to the cnd binary.

The devices I looked at range from 4.4.2 to 5.1.1.  One of them was a Nexus 6(running 5.1.1).  It could also be something added with M.  Figure those data points might help, sorry I couldn't be more help.
