Hi,
Thank you for reaching support. If you use call reporting with your ad, a Google forwarding number will be assigned to your ad. You'll see the Google forwarding number only in your Smart campaign when it appears on either the desktop or mobile versions of Google search. This forwarding number won't be visible in your account. If your business uses caller ID, the phone number of the caller will continue to be displayed as usual even if the call is routed through your forwarding phone number. Additionally, to fetch details of calls made to the Google forwarding number, you can use the Call Metrics Call Details Report. Let us know if this helps.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out. With regards to your concern, you could use ConversionTrackerService to retrieve the list of the conversion trackers in the Google Ads account. The list of selector fields available for ConversionTrackerService is provided here. It is not possible to get all the columns listed in screenshot via ConversionTrackerService, you could use the Campaign Performance Report to get the remaining fields that are not available via ConversionTrackerService. Let us know if you need additional information.
