Dear all,

Orixa-Media (french SEM agency) is developping an application using the adwords API.

We use this code 

managed_customer_srv = adwords.service(:ManagedCustomerService, API_VERSION)

    # Get the account hierarchy for this account.

    # need to add devise

    selector = {

      :fields => ['Login', 'CustomerId',  'Name', 'CompanyName', 'CanManageClients', 'CurrencyCode']

    }

    # Run the request at the MCC level.

    graph = adwords.use_mcc() {managed_customer_srv.get(selector)}

We are getting this error message this morning when we are trying to get the list of all the clients

[QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_INACTIVE @ ; trigger:'<null>']

Our token API is already approved. So we don't know what is wrong ?

Hi,

Usually that error happens when you haven't filled in the billing info or you haven't agreed the terms&conditions. 

Please confirm it.
