User List ID

Hi,

I know it's possible to grab the user list ID via the API service ('AdwordsUserListService')

Is it possible to get this ID through the Google Ads UI? Or by looking at the network traffic via the browser? This is for non technical users to provide IDs for a solution we are working on.
